TeleVisits

TeleVisit Appointments

We are aware that many patients have utilized our TeleVisits over the past 2 years and we are thrilled to have this available for our patients.  While there are circumstances where this makes sense (e.g. college patients who need to follow up on their ADHD medication), we encourage you to schedule in person visits whenever possible. As physicians and nurse practitioners, we always prefer to see our patients face to face so that we can examine them in person.  Any questions please email or call!

How to make a TeleVisit Appointment

Just call either our Manhattan Office at 212-787-1444 or our Westchester office at 914-725-7555 and ask them to set up a TeleVisit. The office will schedule an appointment for a TeleVisit consult.

What is Telemedicine?

Telemedicine uses your computer, phone, or tablet to bring secure, quality medical care to you wherever you are. With telemedicine, our doctors are able to address your needs remotely for many common conditions and ailments.

What is a TeleVisit?

A TeleVisit is similar to an office visit, only instead of traveling to see your doctor you can video conference with them securely from your home. Our providers can assess symptoms, make a diagnosis, recommend treatment, and send prescriptions electronically to your pharmacy.

Will my insurance plan cover a TeleVisit?

Some insurances are covering televisists fully while others are requiring a copay. Please check with the office or your insurance company to confirm coverage.
