We offer “Preparation for Childbirth” and “BabySaver / CPR” classes held in our Upper West Side office, in the evenings (to make it convenient for working parents.)
The classes are given by Fern Drillings, a certified basic life support instructor.

MOUNT SINAI PARENTING CENTER
The Mount Sinai Parenting Center is a team of pediatricians, developmental psychologists and social workers who are working to promote strong parent-child relationships. The Parenting Center website contains multiple resources for parents including parenting guides for children 0-5 years on topics such as growth & development, behavior and common parenting concerns.
After leaving the hospital with your newborn, watch short videos by pediatricians on helpful topics.
Before each Well Child Visit, review topics on Growth & Development, Behavior, Parenting Questions and Tips & Resources.
